500th Meeting, Stirling Management Centre, December 2004

The Stirling Circle of the Catenian Association celebrated its 500th meeting on Thursday December 9 2004 at the Stirling Management Centre.  The guests of honour were His Eminence Keith Patrick Cardinal O’Brien and the then Grand President of the Catenian Association, John Clarke.  Other guests included Mr. Colin O’Brien, Provost of the City of Stirling, and the Reverend Father Kenneth Owens, parish priest of St. Mary’s, Stirling.  A total of 86 Catenians, wives and guests were present, including many Catenians from circles throughout the UK.

The President's Quaich Scottish Games Night, May 2003

Stirling Circle last hosted the Scottish Games Night, involving a series of miniature competitions between Scottish Circles, in May 2003. The Taylor Quaich was officially won on that ocassion by Dundee & Perth Circle.
